Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Bake potatoes for 45 minutes. Remove from oven, cool 10-15 minutes.
  • Mash cooled potatoes with fork and combine with pumpkin puree. Stir in oil and spices. (For smoother mash, combine ingredients with an immersion blender.)
